Decont VCS-100 Master Unit

Introducing Deconts portable decontamination master unit engineered for rigorous hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination processes. Utilizing aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, unit generates vapor that effectively eliminates even the most resilient microorganisms, including bacterial spores, at room temperature.
Residue-free decomposition into water and oxygen ensures excellent material compatibility, making it a safe choice for various environments. Specs:

Decont VCS-100 Extension Unit

Introducing the Cleamix VSC-100ExtU, a portable decontamination extension unit designed to work seamlessly with the VCS-100Cr master unit. Capable of connecting up to 50 units, it effectively decontaminates large spaces, including aircraft hangars and entire buildings, up to 5000 m³. Utilizing 30-50% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, the VSC-100ExtU generates hydrogen peroxide vapor, ensuring the elimination of even the most resistant microorganisms, such as bacterial spores, at room temperature and low concentrations.
Specs:
- Provides additional capacity up to 500m3 to Master Unit (total 1000m3).
Catalytic Converter

Catalytic Converter is designed to efficiently catalyze hydrogen peroxide vapor from treatment area.
This advanced unit features an integrated air circulating fan, along with a HEPA filter and potassium permanganate filter, ensuring effective chemical reactions that decompose vapor into harmless water and oxygen. Essential component for effective and safe decont processes.
Control Software

Our Control Software masters decontamination process by real-time sensor data.
With customizable parameters – including temperature, relative humidity (RH), relative saturation (RS), and concentration (ppm) – we can adapt each cycle to the exact requirements of your environment.
